This blog is all about New York City Sports, mostly from my perspective.  I am Vernon Jones, the Founder / Publisher of New York City Sporting News (Publication and Website).  You can see video footage of NYC Sporting Events at www.nycsportingnews.com.  But when you want to get in depth thoughts about the state of NYC Sports then check out my blog. Most of the high school talk is happening on the website but I will rant about high school here too.  If it’s in the news then I’m talking about it.  If it should have been in the news then I’m talking about it.  If you wanted to say it but couldn’t, then I’m saying it.

 I’m talking about the Knicks, Nets, Yankees, Mets, Giants, Jets, and high school and college sports in NYC (sometimes on the national level).  If you want the Rangers, Islanders or Devils then you can check out my man Dan Rice on our website.  He’s the NHL guru.
